The Baton Rouge Hunters Trace Subdivision is a single family neighborhood in Baton Rouge which was constructed by DSLD Homes, LLC, between 2017 and 2021. The neighborhood comprises 261 properties, and it is located between two major roadways: Burbank Drive and Nicholson Drive/Innovation Drive. Entrances to the neighborhood are on Sehdeva Memorial Drive, Waterview Drive and Rocky Trail Avenue.

Our neighborhood is located just outside of the city limits, in the South Burbank Crime Prevention and Development District of the of the East Baton Rouge Parish.

The Baton Rouge Hunters Trace Subdivision is characterized by a “L” shaped geometry that complements our closest neighborhood, Pelican Lakes. We have a large retention pond to the north west and a smaller inner pond between Cinder Creek Ave and Tall Willow Ave.

The neighborhood is located close to grocery stores such as Rouses and Albertsons, and LSU campus can be reached within 10 minutes or less.
