The Hunters Trace Homeowner association was created by the builder, DSLD, who provided the member for the initial board of directors. The current board has 3 members (as established in the article of incorporation):

• Steven Fair, President
• Brenda Glass, Treasurer
• Fabrizio Donnarumma, Secretary

The board is elected by the homeowners during the yearly meeting of the association, and it may serve until a new board is duly elected. The first election round requires the majority of the homeowners to be present to consider the lection valid. If this number is not reached, a second election is called, where a simple majority of those present is enough to elect a new board.

Our by-laws allow vote by proxy, which allows homeowners to express their vote in the event they cannot be present at the annual meeting.

The board of directors represent all the 261 homeowners of the Hunters Trace subdivision.

Owning a property in the subdivision makes the homeowner an automatic member of the association. This means every homeowner enjoys the benefits of the membership as well as the responsibility associated with it.
