Who is responsible for garbage collection in our neighborhood?
Garbage collection services are provided by the East Baton Rouge Parish. Guidelines and info can be found at this page.
On which days is garbage collected?
Normal trash (black bins) are picked up on Tuesday and Fridays, while recycle is only picked up on Tuesday. Large items (i.e. anything that does not fit in the bins) is picked up on Tuesday. We recommend calling 311 if you see that large items have not picked up.
How do I report a street light outage?
Entergy has an outage reporting system on their website. Sometimes, our street lights are not present in their map though. In that case, we suggest reporting either through the app or by calling (800) 968-8243 and following the instructions. Anyone with an Entergy account can report any street light outage in the neighborhood.
How can I report an issue in the neighborhood?
If this is an emergency, please call 911.
For infractions of the HOA restriction, you can sent a “general request” through the Members portal. If you do not receive an answer within a few days, please contact the HOA board directly using the email link above.
Who is responsible for the safety of the neighborhood?

How do I report a street light issue?
Street lights are maintained by Entergy. To report a street light outage, please visit this page. You will need the exact address of the property the light is installed on. The automatic tool will use a map to show the streetlights, and you can select the one you want to report. If you have not logged in with your Entergy account, you will be required to leave your personal details (such as name, telephone number etc.). Please note that occasionally the map will not show the street lights in our neighborhood. If you cannot see them on the map, please call (800) 968-8243 and the operator will be able to put in a work order for you.
How do I report an internet outage?
The two major internet providers for our neighborhood are Cox and AT&T. Each of them has a reporting tools through their respective app, as well as phone numbers you can call. Regardless of the service provider, we advise contacting them even if someone else in the neighborhood as reported the issue. Outages are often activated only if a certain number of customers report an issue in an area. You can also connect with other homeowners and residents through the Facebook group.
For title companies – How do I request documents from the HOA?
Property documentation can be released to title companies. Please navigate to the website of our management company (CMGT) and click on the on the “re-sale documents” button at the top of the page and you can register with them. Once registered, you can request the documentation you require. Please note that this route will require payment of a $125 fee. Alternatively, every homeowner can access and view their balance on the CMGT portal for free
