This section provides tools to solve some of the common issue an homeowner in our neighborhood may face.

Report a street light outage

Street lights are maintained by Entergy. To report a street light outage, please visit this page. You will need the exact address of the property the light is installed on. The automatic tool will use a map to show the streetlights, and you can select the one you want to report. If you have not logged in with your Entergy account, you will be required to leave your personal details (such as name, telephone number etc.). Please note that occasionally the map will not show the street lights in our neighborhood. If you cannot see them on the map, please call (800) 968-8243 and the operator will be able to put in a work order for you.

Report an issue with garbage collection

Residents should contact 311 via phone, online at 311.brla.gov, or on the Red Stick 311 smartphone app for all garbage, trash and recycling related complaints and service issues.

Report an issue with a notice of violation

HOA violation notices are submitted through our management company, CMGT. You can view all the details about your violation through the members portal, which allows you to message with CMGT staff directly. The HOA receives notices about this communications and act on them on a case-by-case basis. You can also contact the HOA directly using the email violations@hunterstrace.net.

Report an internet outage

The two major internet providers for our neighborhood are Cox and AT&T. Each of them has a reporting tools through their respective app, as well as phone numbers you can call. Regardless of the service provider, we advise contacting them even if someone else in the neighborhood as reported the issue. Outages are often activated only if a certain number of customers report an issue in an area. You can also connect with other homeowners and residents through the Facebook group.

Submit a Request for Home & Lot Improvements

Modifications of your lot may require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) as stated in chapter 5 of our covenants (“Architectural Covenants”). Please review this section of the restrictions, and submit an ACC accordingly when needed. ACC requests can be submitted through the member portal. You can also review the initial access procedure on this PDF.
