Mail boxes lights update

Dear all,

We would like to provide an update about the lights by the mailboxes. We have received a visit from a contractor who verified that the lights themselves are working as expected. The contractor also said that the batteries were in working conditions. Nevertheless, we still had intermittent troubles with them. We decided to change them and the president of the HOA, Steve Fair, changed them last week. We will monitor them for a while to see if this finally fixes our issue.
